Amazing hot pot experience! The broth was rich and flavorful, and all the ingredients were fresh and high quality. The service was excellent—friendly, attentive, and welcoming from start to finish. The restaurant was clean, comfortable, and had a great atmosphere. Everything exceeded my expectations. 😋♥️ I’ve been wanting to come here for so long! I recently moved from Seattle and have been searching for a good hot pot place. We came on a Saturday around 7 PM and waited about an hour, but it was absolutely worth it. Everything was so good. It’s been a while since I’ve had hot pot, and I’m so glad there’s a delicious spot like this near my place!

Old Alley Hot Pot in Austin is hands down one of the best hot pot restaurants we’ve tried lately. From the moment we walked in, the ambiance felt warm, modern, and super inviting, making it the perfect spot for a date night, group dinner, or foodie experience in Austin. The setup of the tables and the interactive hot pot experience made everything feel elevated and fun. The quality of the ingredients here truly stands out. The thinly sliced beef was incredibly fresh, tender, and perfectly marbled, cooking beautifully in the broth within seconds. We loved the variety of broths, especially the spicy Sichuan-style broth packed with flavor and heat, balanced perfectly with the rich and comforting creamy broth options. Every ingredient tasted premium, from the fresh shrimp and vegetables to the mushrooms, noodles, and quail eggs. One of our favorite parts was creating our own sauce at the sauce bar. There were so many fresh ingredients and sauces to customize everything exactly how you like it. Every bite was flavorful, rich, and comforting. Amazing hot pot spot with great atmosphere and super flavorful broth selections. We tried the spicy broth, tomato broth, and mushroom broth — all were delicious and rich in flavor. The meat quality was fresh and well presented, and the noodles soaked up the soup perfectly. The restaurant had a cozy vibe and the service was friendly and attentive throughout the meal. Definitely a great place to come with friends for a satisfying hot pot night. Would happily come back again!
